Wildman BT

Built in 1914, this 12,000 square foot building was originally the Wildman Boiler & Tank Factory but now houses the offices and production studios of Trope Publishing Company.  Siren Betty was tasked with restoring the building and outfitting it with an updated design for today's discerning audience.  We adorned the 16-foot ceilings with custom light fixtures from Bader Art Metal, filled the lounge with sumptuous furniture in muted jewel tones and sourced an antique walnut bar from Architectural Artifacts. We mixed design elements like colorful board and batten trim, antique brass, and velvet drapery with the architecture of an old industrial chicago bow truss building. A custom mosaic tile floor greets guests as soon as they enter.
