Common Decency

We used bold, geometric shapes and bright, contrasting colors to summon the drama and the allure of the 1980s without even a hint of kitsch.  Drawing inspiration from the artwork of American illustrator Patrick Nagel, Memphis Milano design style and 80s-era television drama Miami Vice, we defined the restaurant's four different spaces - the main dining room, two private dining areas, and the enclosed patio - while maintaining a cohesive and inviting feel.  Oversized sculptural light fixtures work in tandem with hidden and indirect lighting sources to energize the space, while a variety of seating options welcome guests to settle in and relax.
